Seaside Black Mosaic Handmade Tiles-Design your Own Custom Tile Feature

These beautiful ceramic tiles can be combined to make a your unique composition or can be purchased individually. There are a wide range of options featuring seashells and other sea life and smooth tiles to choose from.

The tiles are made of black Canadian clay (the fired clay is a very dark brown like very dark chocolate) that has been fired twice in the kiln to stoneware hardness.

Each tile is unique as it is made individually.

Raised edge for framing your design are also available if you would like to frame you design with coordinating tile and sets of 4 "phases of the moon" tiles are available for the corners of your frame. If you have something different in mind for a frame, let us know and we can work with you to create a tile frame.

Please note that shipping cost will vary depending on the total number of tiles you have ordered and destination. SHIPPING IS NOT FREE (sorry!) but we do our best to keep the shipping costs as reasonable as possible.

HOW IT WORKS: YOU MUST SELECT YOUR SHIPPING COST FROM THE DROP DOWN MENU BASED ON THE NUMBER OF TILES YOU ARE ORDERING AND YOUR LOCATION AS WELL AS YOUR DESIRED METHOD OF SHIPPIN. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE SEND ME A MESSAGE.

I apologize for this rather awkward shipping calculation situation but the ETSY App does not have a feature that allows me to automatically add shipping cost up based on quantities and weight of your actual order so it has to be done this in this awkward manner. If we use the Etsy app shipping feature, we must charge everyone the same shipping cost whether you order 1 tile or 50 tiles.

TIME REQUIRED: Please note, these tiles are made to order and require 2-3 weeks to be available for shipping from the time of your order. Large orders (30 or more tiles) may require additional time. Send me a message if you would like a time estimate for your order before you place it.

SIZE:

The square shaped tiles are each approximately 1 3/4" (~45mm) in size and are approx. 1/4" (~6mm) inch thick. The 3 dimensional tiles will vary in thickness but coordinate with all of the 1/4" thick square tiles.

The oblong framing/edge tiles are approx. 2 1/4 inch (57mm) long by .75" (~19mm) wide and you should order 3 edge tiles for every 4 square tiles in width of your finished design. The corner frame tiles are approx. 6/8" (~19mm) square.
